Monday Night Yoga Series

This August the Hedingham Athletic Center will be hosting a special series of Yoga Classes on Monday night. Usually, on Monday, there is a Flow Yoga Class at 7:00 pm. However, this August, Marideth will be offering a series of four special Yoga Topics.

  • Aug 4 — Yoga for the Back
  • Aug 11 — Yoga for Posture
  • Aug 18 — Yoga for Golfers
  • Aug 25 — Yoga for Runners
