Handyman/Janitor

The Hedingham Community Association is looking for a qualified part time Handyman/Janitor to work about 20-25 hours per week. Employee will report directly to the Community Manager. Duties include patching holes in the drywall, painting, basic repair work, cleaning restrooms and facilities, general maintenance, etc. Services that require a certified contractor will still continue to be outsourced. The position, which starts in June, is ideal for a retiree with experience in repair work and maintenance.

Needed at Hedingham (Raleigh) & Mingo Creek (Knightdale) Athletic Club pools.

Lifeguards need certification in American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, CPR for Professional Rescuer and First Aid.

Instructors-Water Safety Instructor certification preferred.

Hedingham HOA Board Meeting

The March Board Meeting will take place March 10th @ 7:00 PM at the Willow Oak Clubhouse.

Unless otherwise announced, all HOA Board Meeting are on the second Wednesday of the month and are open to all residents.
