The athletic club will be closed from 12:00 PM on Monday through 2:00 PM Wednesday for rug shampooing cleaning and installation of New Equipment. The new equipment will be installed on Wednesday morning and we will open up the Athletic Club at 2:00 PM on Wednesday afternoon. In an effort to be more useful to our residents, the Nursery at the Athletic Center is changing its hours. We’ve noticed that almost no one ever uses the Nursery after 7:00 PM. So we’ve shifted the evening session one hour earlier. The morning hours will remain unchanged.

New Nursery Hours:

This August the Hedingham Athletic Center will be hosting a special series of Yoga Classes on Monday night. Usually, on Monday, there is a Flow Yoga Class at 7:00 pm. However, this August, Marideth will be offering a series of four special Yoga Topics.

• Aug 4 — Yoga for the Back
• Aug 11 — Yoga for Posture
• Aug 18 — Yoga for Golfers
• Aug 25 — Yoga for Runners
