Hedingham is a wonderful private swimming, tennis & golfing community located on nearly 600 acres, approximately 3 miles from the downtown area of Raleigh, North Carolina and 1 1/2 miles from Raleigh’s beltline.
Hedingham is comprised of almost 2500 homes, 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds and an athletic club.
In 2009, Hedingham was named Community of Distinction in the category of Very Large Mixed Use Communities by the North Carolina Chapter of the Community Associations Institute at their Annual Conference held in Raleigh.
